  2. आज है रेणुका शहाने का 53वां बर्थ डे

  3. उन्होंने सेंट जेवियर कॉलेज से आर्ट्स (साइकोलॉजी मेजर) की पढ़ाई की और फिर मुंबई यूनिवर्सिटी से क्लीनिकल साइकोलॉजी में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन किया था.साल 1989 से रेणुका शहाणे ने दूरदर्शन पर आने वाले सीरियल ‘सर्कस’ से अपने एक्टिंग करियर की शुरुआत की. फिर साल 1993 में वह ‘सुरभि’ में बतौर प्रजेंटर सिद्धार्थ काक के साथ नजर आईं थीं.

  4. रेणुका की सुपरहिट फिल्म ‘हम आपके हैं कौन’ के बाद से घर-घर में छा गईं. यह फिल्म साल 1994 में रिलीज हुई थी. इस फिल्म में रेणुका ने माधुरी दीक्षित की बड़ी बहन (पूजा) का किरदार निभाया था.इसके अलावा रेणुका ने ‘मनी मनी’, ‘मासूम’, ‘एक अलग मौसम’, ‘दिल ने जिसे अपना कहा’, ‘हाईवे’ जैसी हिंदी, तमिल और मराठी फिल्में में काम कर चुकी है.

  5. इस कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने अपनी मुस्कान से दर्शकों के बीच एक अलग पहचान बनाई. बता दें कि यह उस समय का सबसे ज्यादा टीआरपी वाला प्रोग्राम था. रेणुका ने 25 मई 2001 को बॉलीवुड एक्टर आशुतोष राणा से दूसरी शादी की. दोनों की मुलाकात डायरेक्टर हंसल मेहता की एक फिल्म की शूटिंग के दौरान हुई थी.साल 2009 में उन्होंने पहली बार मराठी फिल्म ‘रीटा’ को डायरेक्ट किया. खास बात यह है कि इस फिल्म में रेणुका ने कहानी के पात्र ‘रीटा’ की दोस्त, गाइड और दार्शनिक की भूमिका भी निभाई.
