  8. UNKNOWN GAS RELEASE Breathing off right hand regulator 1st stage regs Right post Left post Isolator open Knob open Knob open cylinder cylinder

  9. UNKNOWN GAS RELEASE Breathing off right hand regulator 1st stage regs Right post Left post Isolator CLOSED Knob open Knob open cylinder cylinder CHECK SPG ON LEFT FIRST STAGE If it decreases rapidly the leak is somewhere on the left side If it remains constant the leak is on the right side

  10. UNKNOWN GAS RELEASE Breathing off right hand regulator 1st stage regs Right post Left post Isolator CLOSED Knob open Knob open cylinder cylinder CHECK SPG ON LEFT FIRST STAGE It falls rapidly

  11. UNKNOWN GAS RELEASE Breathing off right hand regulator 1st stage regs Right post Left post Isolator CLOSED Knob CLOSED Knob open cylinder cylinder TURN LEFT OFF

  12. UNKNOWN GAS RELEASE Breathing off right hand regulator 1st stage regs Right post Left post Isolator CLOSED Knob CLOSED Knob open cylinder cylinder LEAK STOPS

  13. UNKNOWN GAS RELEASE Breathing off right hand regulator Leak must have been 1st stage on left side regs Right post Left post Isolator OPEN Knob CLOSED Knob open cylinder cylinder

  14. LEFT HAND LEAKS BUT IT DOESN’T STOP

  15. UNKNOWN GAS RELEASE Breathing off right hand regulator 1st stage regs Right post Left post Isolator CLOSED Knob CLOSED Knob open Leak must be left side of isolator valve on where pillar valve screws into cylinder cylinder cylinder LEFT CYLINDER WILL EMPTY

  16. Unknown Leak 2

  17. UNKNOWN GAS RELEASE Breathing off right hand regulator 1st stage regs Right post Left post Isolator open Knob open Knob open cylinder cylinder

  19. UNKNOWN GAS RELEASE Breathing off right hand regulator 1st stage regs Right post Left post Isolator CLOSED Knob open Knob open cylinder cylinder CHECK SPG ON LEFT FIRST STAGE No movement

  20. UNKNOWN GAS RELEASE Switch to left hand regulator regs Right post Left post Isolator CLOSED Knob open Knob CLOSED cylinder cylinder Breathing off LEFT cylinder only

  21. UNKNOWN GAS RELEASE Breathe off left hand regulator regs Right post Left post Isolator OPEN Knob open Knob CLOSED cylinder cylinder Breathing off BOTH cylinders

  22. UNKNOWN GAS RELEASE Leak must have been 1st stage on right side Breathe off left hand regulator regs Right post Left post Isolator OPEN Knob open Knob CLOSED cylinder cylinder Breathing off BOTH cylinders

  23. Somebody lifts twinset by manifold

  24. KIT SET UP BEFORE DIVING 1st stage regs Right post Left post isolator knob knob Gas always flows cylinder cylinder GASES OFF

  25. 1st stage regs Right post Left post isolator knob knob cylinder cylinder GASES OFF

  26. 1st stage regs Right post Left post Isolator OFF knob knob cylinder cylinder GASES OFF YOU’VE SAVED THE LEFT RIGHT CYLINDER WILL EMPTY

  27. WORSE STILL – YOU BREAK THE MIDDLE Somebody carries the twinset by the manifold You bump the manifold inside a wreck

  28. 1st stage regs Right post Left post isolator knob knob Doesn’t matter if isolator valve is OPEN or SHUT cylinder cylinder YOU LOSE ALL GASES FROM BOTH CYLINDERS

  29. RESULT ? Somebody carries the twinset by the manifold THEY DIE !! You bump the manifold inside a wreck YOU DIE !!!!
