  1. Change Requests • HSA Operator Interface • On the welcome page, the operator is interested in: • The HSA start time and the current time • Active and resumable requests • Sorting on column headers • All time stamps in local time. No “old” requests (Archive all requests that are in a “terminal” state, I.e. shipped or canceled. This should be accessible from a separate tab on the GUI, and there can still be a “resubmit” button to resend the data for each order or request Id.) • No request filters on the welcome page. Requests are first-in first-out (filters may be useful on the “archive” page) • Order Id and Request Id for EACH granule. • The request Id can be sent to ECS from HSA. • At the very least, the original order Id should be included in the User String instead of or in addition to the time stamp like is currently done (PDS model is excellent for this). This is necessary for tracking the input granules through DDIST back to HSA.

  2. HSA Operator Interface Change Requests cont’d. • If there are maintenance and configuration parameters for HSA, these should be grouped on their own pages. • Should the disk space info be graphically (or text) presented on a page so that the operator or system engineer can see and “at a glance” system health. • ODL • Please be sure that the sender version information is sent to the V0ToECSGaetway from HSA in the ODL for the input granule request: (You may already be doing this, I haven’t seen a sample ODL.) • GROUP = VERSION • SENDER_VERSION = “HSA_vX.X……." • PROTOCOL_VERSION = 3.2 • END_GROUP = VERSION

  3. These groups should have their very own web pages/tabs. The operator will only need to see these when necessary. On the “Front Page” the operators need to see the active Order, Data Delivery, and Data Retrieval Status information. All archived information should be on another page/tab. Call this column “Original Order ID:Request ID” And duplicate the header in the status area. Add the “Input Granule Order ID:Request ID into new columns here. (If possible)

  4. Do these buttons perform the same function? If not, this is okay, but we must not have these on the same page.
