And so we soldier on… February 2007: • Unicorn demonstrations and evaluation • Discussion of options with LSG March 2007: • Unicorn training by SirsiDynix for TLS and senior TLCS staff • Data conversion and parameterisation decisions, based on discussion with OLIS User Group April 2007: • Installation of Unicorn test and training systems • Data conversion and parameterisation decisions (continued) • Development of training manuals for library staff circulation training May 2007: • Circulation training for library staff • Test data conversion • Development of training manuals for library staff catalogue maintenance training
