ENGAGEMENTS DE MIANDOUM Nous, Chefs des cantons et présidents des Comités de Promotion et Gestion du Terroir des Régions du Moyen Chari et du Mandoul, participant au Voyage d’Échange organisé par le Réseau de Suivi des Activités liées au Pétrole dans le Moyen Chari et le Mandoul (RESAP/MC) en partenariat avec la Fondation SWISSAID, nous engageons à :

Sensibiliser les populations sur les aspects positifs et négatifs de l’exploitation du pétrole ; • Mettre en place des comités cantonaux chargés d’évaluer les impacts de l’exploitation en vue d’éventuelles compensations communautaires ; • Établir une bonne collaboration entre les autorités traditionnelles et les organisations paysannes ;

  26. 4. Interdire et s’interdire le prélèvement des 10% sur les compensations individuelles ; 5. Sensibiliser les populations pour une gestion efficiente des compensations individuelles ; 6.
