Eligibility Changes 7/1/10 Established Conditions • New Established Condition - Infants who weigh less than 1,200 grams at birth • All children who weighed less than 1,200 grams at birth are eligible for Part C, even if not referred until months after their birth
Eligibility Changes 7/1/10 Developmental Delay Developmental Delay meets or exceeds: • 1.5 standard deviations below the mean in two or more developmental domains, or • 2.0 standard deviations below the mean in one developmental domain as measured by appropriate diagnostic instruments and procedures
