Westcor Land Title Insurance Company formerly Nevada Title Insurance Company was originally formed in 1993 by a group of agents in Nevada and California. The company was later re-domesticated form Nevada to California. The company has a Demotech Rating of A (A prime). In a little over the last 5 years Westcor is has become an emerging national title insurance underwriter licensed in 24 states along with the District of Columbia.
