  3. Guidelines for Master Pages • Modify Master Pages with info that should appear on every page like a logo. • Add page numbers, presentation dates, and other identification info. • Make adjustments to the size or color of a font used throughout the presentation on the master page. L.J. Bothell

Guidelines for Transitions • Choose a professional-looking transition, to enhance your presentation. • Stick to one transition choice for short presentations (under 8 pages) • If your presentation has sections, use one transition for sections, and another for basic page transitions.
