    5. The Dry port facilities are to be sited at the five out of the six geo-political zones of Nigeria. These are viz: i) Kano State - site located at Zawachiki village ii) Oyo State - site located at Eronnu on Egbeda LGA iii) Abia State - site to be positioned at Ntigha, Isiala Ngwa iv) Plateau State - site to be positioned at Heipang; Barkin Ladi v) Bauch State - site to be positioned at Galanbi District.   The remaining cities in Nigeria would have Container Freight Stations (CF’S) sited in them and these are; i) Kastina State - Preferred city being Funtua ii) Borno State - Preferred city being Maiduguri iii) Gombe State - Preferred location being Duku village along, Bauch – Gombe road. 5

    6. Details of the sites, their sizes, location, the host states, include. a. Kano-State with the site located at Zawachiki village (200 hectares), concessioned to Dala Inland Container Limited. b. Oyo State – with the site located at Erunmu in Egbeda local Government Area (102.26 hectares) concessioned to Catamaran Logistics Limited. c. Abia- State: - with the exact site located at Ntigha in Isiala Ngwa Local Government Area (106.49 hectares), concessioned to EastGate container Ltd. d. Plateau State: with a specific site located at Heipang in Barkin–Ladi Local Government Area (138.37 hectares) concessioned to Ducan Martime Ventures Limited. e. Bauchi State: with exact site located at Galanbi District (197.3 hectares) concessioned to Central Inland Terminal Limited. 6

    7. 3. The Container Freight Stations (CFS) include: a. Katsina State: with the preferred city being Funtua (100 hectares) and concessioned to Equatorial Marine and Gas Limited. Borno-State: with the preferred city of Maiduguri “(100 hectares) concessioned to Migfo Nigeria Limited as well as c. Gombe-State: with the preferred location at Duku village along Bauchi, Gombe Road with no preferred bidder yet. 7
