Reporting Deployment Data Collection Reporting Information for Deployed MRC Units During an emergency, EMSA requests MRC Unit Coordinators report out specific information to the MRC State Coordinator who will then forward the information to State partners and the Federal IX MRC Coordinator. Report due Daily by 3pm

Reporting Deployment Data Collection • Report due Daily by 3pm • Point of Contact (POC) First Name , Last Name, Phone # • This should be the person providing reports, NOT the person in the field • Incident Name (and Mission Number if assigned) • Deployed Activation Date • Deployment Location- County (site location if known) • Volunteer numbers Per day • Types of volunteers (RN, LVNs, etc.) • Expectation of shifts (e.g. 12 hours, 8 hours) • Expectation of role (e.g. medical support, shelter support) • Unit Demobilization date • Running Total of individual volunteers deployed to • this incident

Reporting Deployment Data Collection • Always report out when you activate your MRC Unit! • During an Emergency, you can report out on your deployed unit via the options below • Email dhvdeployment@emsa.ca.gov • Call State MRC Coordinator 916-431-3673 • EMSA may setup a Daily MRC Conference call for Units activated

  6. Update MRC Unit Activities Report your MRC Activities monthly!! It is important to add your unit activities as often as possible so your MRC unit can receive recognition from the National MRC Office. Link to the MRC National website:https://mrc.hhs.gov/HomePage
