  1. Personal Mastery | Lead Happy Life    Personal Mastery is about having the right mental attitude to make  decisions and take actions in your life. It is about exploring the best in  yourself, in others and the world around you. ​Personal Mastery​ is  shaping your thoughts and thinking positively and powerfully.    Personal Transformation is changing yourself to attain Personal  Mastery. It includes overcoming barriers like fear, inertia, and  indecision.  Think of the following:    1. I think of doing many things, but somehow I don’t start only. For  Example exercising regularly, learning one instrument. (Inertia)    2. Whatever I do, I get stuck up due to hurdles or problems and then  I give up. I wanted to be a cricketer but ended up as a clerk in the  bank (Problem-solving ability, Analytical Mind, Perseverance)    3. My boss doesn't believe in my capabilities. He is a hurdle in my  growth. (Collaboration,drive,stakeholder engagement)    4. I am always a confused person, don’t know how to choose a  course of action and invariably I get into a mess. What has  happened to me? (Confidence)    5. Everything that can go wrong will go wrong with me. I have  observed this over the years. (Negative Mental Models)    6. I have so many things to do but I can hardly complete anything  even if I work for 12 hrs a day. I am stressed. (Prioritization)    7. I do all this for my family. However, he/she doesn’t understand me.  (​Work-life Balance​, relationship)    8. I am doing so much for my children, but they are average (Accept  the facts-they could be better in some other area like art, sports)     

  2. 9. I get angry at everything in a short time, so nobody likes me (  labeling good/bad/worst immediately​, ​do not react, respond​)    10. I want to be an entrepreneur. I want to be my own boss. But, if I fail  what will happen?
