Public Health ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS The applicant must : Present evidences of successful completion of the undergraduate degree in a college level or equivalent to four years post high school education institution accredited by Department of Education in each country Provide academic transcripts and certificate from undergraduate degree Submit International TOEFL score of minimum 500 Submit Curriculum Vitae, Personal Statement, Letter of Statement for Financial

Public Health Two recommendations: one from academic advisor, Professor or supervisor and one recommendation from the head of institutions (or sponsored) Comprehend a basic computer skill for Office applications and Internet Submit Copy of bank account Submit study permit letter from Indonesian Embassy Complete two pages of application for admission form using the attached form and send to IMP-PH GMU admission office.
