  1. ROMANS 1:16-17 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “But therighteous man shall live by faith.”

  2. GENESIS 12:1-3 The Lord had said to Abram, “Leave your native country, your relatives, and your father’s family, and go to the land that I will show you. 2 I will make you into a great nation. I will bless you and make you famous, and you will be a blessing to others. 3 I will bless those who bless you and curse those who treat you with contempt. All the families on earth will be blessed through you.”

  3. GENESIS 18:18 18 “For Abraham will certainly become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth will be blessed through him.

  4. THE BIG TEST

  5. GENESIS 22:16-18 16 “This is what the Lord says: Because you have obeyed me and have not withheld even your son, your only son, I swear by my own namethat 17 I will certainly bless you. I will multiply your descendants beyond number, like the stars in the sky and the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will conquer the cities of their enemies. 18 And through your descendants all the nations of the earth will be blessed—all because you have obeyed me.”

  7. THE GREATEST BLESSING OF ALL IS SALVATION

ISAAC: I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the skyand will give them all these lands, and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed. - GENESIS 26:4 JACOB: Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring. - Genesis 28:14

  9. GALATIANS 3:8-9, 14 8 What’s more, the Scriptures looked forward to this time when God would declare the Gentiles to be righteous because of their faith. Godproclaimed this good news to Abraham long ago when he said, “All nations will be blessed through you.”9 So all who put their faith in Christ share the same blessing Abraham received because of his faith. 14 Through Christ Jesus, God has blessed the Gentiles with the same blessing he promised to Abraham, so that we who are believers might receive the promised Holy Spirit through faith.
