The initiative aims to develop a translational program in neuroscience-based psychiatry, enhancing academic careers for junior researchers and women clinicians. We focus on catalyzing cutting-edge research to create innovative patient care approaches, while contributing to the destigmatization of mental disorders. Our goal is to improve scientific knowledge on mental and cognitive disorders and enhance the quality of life for patients.
