This week's session focuses on the importance of self-discovery and self-efficacy in the job hunt. We'll explore how understanding ourselves, our beliefs, and our experiences can significantly affect our career paths. Reflecting on childhood aspirations and influences, we'll engage in group discussions and exercises designed to bolster self-efficacy. By mastering the art of self-discovery, participants will learn to confront challenges more effectively, respond positively to feedback, and develop greater confidence in their abilities to secure their dream jobs.
