ACHIEVEMENTS Higher Run Speeds: – was 170 kicks per minute – now 200 kicks per minuteHigher Conversion Rates: – now 200 to 400 MSF/Hr or – from 18,580 to 37,160 m2Exceptional Scrap Removal: – 2-up by 6-across x 200 feeds = 2,400 trays per load – 132 pieces of scrap per sheet – 132 x 200 kicks = 26,400 pieces of scrap per load – 1% = 24 pieces (which is exceptional) Actual experience was from 0.04% to 0.15% GEO.
