Enhancing Employability Through Subject-Specific Career Resources

This project aims to develop tailored careers resources for three identified academic areas: Marine Technology, Biomedical Sciences, and Politics. By collaborating with key academic staff and running student focus groups, we will identify specific needs and enhance student engagement. Additionally, we will create resources in blog format for easy access and develop print materials for pre-entry students. This initiative seeks to empower students with valuable insights and resources to navigate their career paths effectively, ensuring they are well-prepared for the job market.
