If the Stop Hosting Multi-User Access option is there, don’t select it.

Solution 2) Run the QuickBooks verify and rebuild utility to fix the complications with the company files • Open QuickBooks Desktop on the computer that hosts the company file. • Select the File menu located at the top menu bar. • Hover over the Utilities option in the drop-down menu. • From the side menu, select the Verify Data option. • Click on the OK button to run the tool. • If you see “Your data has lost the integrity check” in the result, follow the below-mentioned steps to run the Rebuild Data:
