ASSIST IN USA Legal advisory ASSIST IN USA • What • Legal advisory through US law firms, partners of ASSIST IN USA program, at a discounted fee negotiated by the Organizer for Piedmont companies. • When available • Anytime • How to get started • verify with the Organizer the applicable discounted fees and ask for a copy of the Framework Agreement signed with the partners • choose a Law firm from the list of partners • get introduced to the Law firm by the Organizer • negotiate directly with the Law firm the work to be done and the quotation • the Law firm will guarantee the discounted fee agreed with the Organizer • if the legal advisory is required to set up a local branch, verify with the Organizer the availability of a sponsorship to partially cover the legal fee

ASSIST IN USA Accounting services ASSIST IN USA • What • Accounting services through US accountants, partners of ASSIST IN USA program, at discounted fees negotiated by the Organizer for Piedmont companies. • When available • Anytime • How to get started • verify with the Organizer the applicable discounted fees and ask for a copy of the Framework Agreement signed with the partners • choose an accounting firm from the list of partners of the ASSIST USA program • get introduced to the firm by the Organizer • negotiate directly with the firm the work to be done and the quotation • the accountant will guarantee the discounted conditions agreed with the Organizer • if the accounting service is required to set up a local branch, verify with the Organizer the availability of a sponsorship to partially cover the cost

ASSIST IN USA Market orientation • What • An introduction to the key issues to be considered for establishing a branch in the US: immigration and legal; accounting and tax; finance and banking; logistics. • The service is provided by American professionals, each specialized in a specific field, and members of Leonardo International, a non-profit organization to support Italian SMEs enter the US market. Leonardo International is partner of the ASSIST IN USA program. • Up to 3 orientation sessions with Leonardo International (conf call or on site Michigan) will be guaranteed, for max. 6 hours • When available • Anytime • Costs • Free of charge. Only for companies planning to locate a branch in the US • How to get started • identify and explain clearly to the Organizer the specific issues you would like explore and your plan for the US market • if your expansion plan falls within the scope of work of Leonardo International, an introduction to the organization will follow ASSIST IN USA

ASSIST IN USA Mentoring Program ASSIST IN USA • What • A business professional with significant and well recognized workexperience in the US (Mentor) willing to share its experience, pro bono, with an entrepreneur (the Mentee) to contribute to the improvement of its understanding and approach to the US market. • Each Mentor will offer to one enterpreneurs 30 hours of its time over an 8 months period. • The Mentors are identified among the Meet@Torino network of Italian professionals living abroad, connected to Piedmont (by origin, studies or work). meet-torino.com • Look at the 1st ed. of the Mentoring program:www.to.camcom.it/mentoring-program • When available • Mentors profile available: Edition 2015 running – Next edtion 2016 • Costs • Free of charge. ASSIST IN USA Global Access Program What The Global Access Program of the UCLA University offers companies an investment-quality strategic new market entry plan for the US, with full financial projections. 5 final-year MBA students (30 years old, fully employed, multi-disciplined, an average of 8 years of professional experience) perform for their assigned company 100+ personal interviews with customers, experts, distributors/resellers & consultants. The outcome is an investment-grade strategic plan which includes comprehensive competitive analysis, market pricing, and specific market launch strategies. Along with detailed financial projections, GAP plans provide actionable marketing, operational, and strategic recommendations. 100+ companies from Piedmont over a 13-year period have participated to GAP. When available Application and selection yearly: Sept. - April. GAP runs from July to December. Costs 17.000 USD fee. Sponsorship from Italian partners - for Torino area companies only - available to cover part of the cost.
