  2. Mountains are large formations from when the earth was created. The difference between a mountain and an everyday hill is that mountains are generally much steeper and don’t have a top. What are mountains?

  3. A desert is a place sometimes without life and it is either very hot, or very cold. They also have no water. Deserts are located all over the world in various places. What are Deserts?

  4. Rainforests are like the opposite of deserts. They are very wet, and have many different types of flora and fauna. They are full of life, and sometimes also a tourist attraction. What are Rainforests?

  5. Where are Mountains located? This map clearly explains where mountains are located in the world, with the yellow meaning where mountains are, and the green representing the rest of the world.

  6. Where are Deserts located? Here is a map of where deserts are located in the world, with the yellow representing the desserts, and the brown representing the rest of the earth.

  7. Where are rainforests located? This is a map of the world showing where all the rainforests are. The black shows the forests and the grey shows the rest of the world.
