  3. TeammateTime Websites TeammateTime (TmT) is an integrated system made up of the following websites: Site Manager Core MyTmT The TmT links are on CQ Link.

  5. TeammateTime Links CQ Link - US CQ Link - Canada TeammateTime links are on the DC Ops page of CQ Link - US. TeammateTime links are also on the DC Operations tab on CQ Link - Canada.

  6. Log in to Core Enter teammate ID, (such as u12345 or can12345). Enter teammate ID, (such as u12345 or can12345). • When you first log in, use your TM ID with lowercase “u” or “can” - you will be prompted to change your password. • Important: Passwords cannot be more than 11 characters and cannot be in all caps. Do NOT use. Call VOTT.

  7. Core You will use Core website for some tasks, such as running reports and editing schedules. (Schedules can also be edited in Site Manager.) All DC leadership is required to complete the 6-minute eLearning called “TeammateTime CORE Navigation” on the Learning Center.

  8. Web Clock On the dashboard, click Launch Web Clock. Hourly office teammates have the option to use the Web Clock. These teammates log in to Core to launch the Web Clock.

  9. Web Clock The office Teammate enters his or her badge number in the Clock-in PIN field and then clicks the appropriate button to punch in or out for shift, meal, or break (where required).

  11. Log in to MyTmT Enter teammate ID, (such as u12345 or can12345).   12. MyTmT for Hourly Teammates Hourly teammates use the MyTmT link to: See and print their upcoming shifts. Request time off and see approval status. See and print their timecards. Important: For the time being, DCs will continue to manage punch edit approvals outside of TmT. Approve edited punches. (Replaces paper sign-off.)

  13. MyTmT for Hourly Teammates • MyTmT instructions are in the TeammateTime Quick Tips for Teammates. Managers should make printed copies available for teammates to reference. • Training slides are also available to support management in training their teammates in a classroom setting.

  14. TeammateTime Websites Site Manager Core MyTmT

  15. Log in to Site Manager Enter teammate ID, (such as u12345 or can12345). Enter teammate ID, (such as u12345 or can12345). • Your Core and Site Manager passwords are synched. If you have already changed your password in Core, use the new password in Site Manager.

  16. Site Manager In Site Manager, management will perform many daily and weekly tasks, such as editing punches and closing the pay period. We will cover Site Manager in the next module.
