  2. Period 1-World History • Miss Wirth • We are learning about the Romans • We are learning about the Greek Gods and Goddesses • We are learning about Black History Month

  3. Period 2-Reading • Mr. Erickson • We are learning how to summarize • We are learning how to decipher the theme • We are learning how to read with flow and fluency

  4. Period 3-English • Mrs. Boswell • We are learning how to use proper English(how to properly speak) • We are learning how to decipher each part of a sentence • We are learning how to put comma`s in the right spot

  5. Period 4-Science • Mrs. Bryan • We are learning how to balance out chemical equations • We are learning about the periodic table and elements • We are currently learning about solar energy

  6. Period 5-Lunch • Staff • One of my favorite meals is the pizza • Another meal I enjoy are the hoagies • I also sometimes like the meal of the day

  7. Period 6(Day A)-Algebra Plus • Mr. Endler • We are test prepping for the PSSA • We are learning how to answer open ended responses for math • We are striving for proficient or advanced on the PSSA

  8. Period 6(Day B)-Swimming • Mrs. Kress • We are learning how to breathe along with swimming • We are learning how to do different strokes(free style,backstroke,etc.) • We are learning how to dive into the water

  9. Period 7-Algebra • Mr. Endler • We are learning about how to determine what “X” and “Y” are in a problem • We are learning how to plot points with algebra problems • We are learning how to solve systems using elimination

  10. Period 8-Keyboarding & Computer • Mr. Ptaszkiewcz • We are learning how to type correctly without looking down at the keyboard • We are learning how to use different applications on Power point etc. • We are learning how to get a fast GWAM(GWAM=Gross Words A Minute

  11. Period 9-Music • Mr. Elrick • We are learning how to determine the different notes on a staff • We are learning about jazz musicians • We are learning how to play the piano
