  5. ¿ QUÉ ES LA CCSA ? La CCSA es una estructura sindical subregional conformada por las Centrales y Confederaciones más representativas de la región andina Busca organizar la acción sindical en la región andina, defendiendo los intereses de los y las trabajadoras en un marco de pluralidad y compromiso con la unidad. Se fundó el 27 de Noviembre del 2006
