2012-13 Presidential Citation • Time : 1 July to 31 March of the 2012-13 Rotary year. • Clubs should send citation form to the districtgovernor not later than 31 March. Anil Govindani (District Secretary 12-13)

Strengthen Our Club Required activity: • Adopt a three-year strategic plan • Identifying specific annual and long-term goals • Make progress in carrying out the annual goals set by your club Anil Govindani (District Secretary 12-13)
Strengthen our club • Additional Activities (Minimum 3 ) • Conduct a club assessment & initiate changes. • Achieve a net growth of at least one member. • Analyze and create a plan to retain 85% of members. • Encourage member engagement in club activities. • Increase the diversity of your club’s membership. • Adopt a program for leadership development. 2012-13 Presidential Citation Increase Our Service • Required activity • Participate in a sustainable service project related to at least one of Rotary’s areas of focus • Peace and conflict prevention/resolution • Disease prevention and treatment • Water and sanitation • Maternal and child health • Basic education and literacy • Economic and community development Anil Govindani (District Secretary 12-13)
Increase our service • Additional activities (Minimum 3) • Support Polio eradication. • Attain 100% member participation to TRF annual programs fund giving. • Attain a minimum of us$ 100 contribution from each club member. • Support New Generations Programs. • Conduct a community needs assessment & use it to establish a new community service project. 2012-13 Presidential Citation 4.Enhance Our Club’s Public Image • Required activity: • Undertake a significant public image campaign in your community to communicate what Rotary is and does by using RI’s Humanity in Motion or “This Close” advertisements. Anil Govindani (District Secretary 12-13)
Enhance our club’s Public image • Additional activities (Minimum 3) • Gain media coverage on an club service project. • Establish a club’s website. • Start an e-bulletin and publicize it to non-rotarians and local media. • Use social networking websites to publicize your club activities. • Define your clubs signature activity and promote it to public.
