The pressure of whether accepting an applicant or not without having knowledge about the person is heavy, due to the fact that it could cause problems in the future. Well, a lot of the hiring HR has encountered of both the same scenarios. Whether you accept the applicant or not is based on your gut feeling, which is unreliable at times.
