  4. CLASS DUES • $60.00  • Covers all 4 years of school. STEP 1: Go to Room E-215 or F218 before school, during WCH, or after school STEP 2: look for your SIF# in the List of Students’ Dues. STEP 3: If you have a blank next to your name-you have not paid yet STEP 4: Pay dues.

  5. PURPOSE OF CLASS DUES and Fundraising • How are the class dues determined? predicted cost of graduation and prom combined- divided by the number of students. • What do the fees pay for? prom location deposits in junior and senior year, prom decorations, graduation costs-including stage, flowers, diploma covers, deposits on cap/gown, faculty cap/gown, and the reunion fund, etc.

  6. Did my child pay their dues?? • If you would like to verify if your child has paid their class dues, please check with Ms. Howard or Mrs. Lange after the meeting.

  7. Money Needs • Goal: $88,000! • Current holdings: $1,320 • Total Class Dues: $29,000 • Fundraising goal: $60,000 • We have three years to fundraise. DO NOT panic. This will be a group effort and we WILL accomplish our goal.

  8. Interested in running for class office? • We currently have two students serving as our class officers. If your child may be interested, please have them contact Ms. Howard or Mrs. Lange for further information.

  9. Fundraising • The Holiday Collection 2013. Closing date-October 21st. If your child did not bring home an order form we have them available here for you. Also, online ordering is available. • Green Turtle Fundraiser: October 30th at the Waugh Chapel Location. All students will receive a flyer that they should bring with them in order for the school to receive credit for their attendance. TIME TBD • Menchies Night!!: Spring 2014. Date to come • If you have ideas for fundraisers, please email any of the class Advisors.

  10. Class Ring Information • Class ring order dates will be here before we know it. • Class ring dates with Jostens: • March 4th : Class informational meeting during CATS • March 11th: Parent information night (Time TBD) • March 12th & 13th: Ring orders during Wildcat hour outside of the Cafeteria • MORE INFORMATION TO COME
