C A S O C L Í N I C O • Paciente de sexo femenino de 38 años con los siguientes • resultados de Laboratorio: • glucemia = 92 mg/dL • creatinina sérica = 1.4 mg/dL • Uroanálisis: • gravedad específica = 1.015 • pH = 7.0 • glucosa = 1000 mg/dL • leucocitos = 500 • el resto de los parámetros son negativos • En sedimento urinario se observan las imágenes que se presentan en las fotografías
