  3. CASE 1 Follow-up • Proviral DNA tropism testing revealed non-R5 virus hence Maraviroc was not a viable option

  4. CASE 1 Follow-up • Abacavir/3TC/Tenofovir/Raltegravir/Etravirinewere therefore chosen as a replacement regimen • Tenofovir would be discontinued in time given renal abnormalities if viral loads remained undetectable for a number of months

  5. CASE 1 Follow-up ATZ → RGV/ETR Baseline liver enzymes normal for the first time in years!
