The opportunity was to leverage real-time connectivity and new and emerging technologies to collect information that can be used for products and systems that benefit our lives • Must use Iot/M2M in its general operation. • Benefits the customer and AT&T • Utilizing wireless communication and radio waves • Must be innovative to broaden the technology market

  4. General Design Summary • From survey questions, we chose our final design to be a GPS smart trackers. • We determined our final design based on safeness, cost, marketability, and fast communication.

  5. From the opportunity we recognize the consumer needs and specifications. Customer/ Stakeholder Needs • Size / weight effective • Safe for everyone • Non-pollutant • Reliability • Fast communication • Benefits people The Engineering Specifications • Weight is less than 150 g, and size of a regular credit card • Water resistance, and can work in any temperature (0 F – 160 F) • Rechargeable battery, energy efficient • Should able to work 24 * 7 for at least 3 years
