Your results show significant improvements in various health metrics: body weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, resting metabolic rate, blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, and strength measures like bench press and leg press, all with P < 0.05. To continue this momentum, a full commitment for another 12 weeks is required, focusing on exercise, diet, and record keeping. Note important holiday closure dates at Skidmore College Sports Center and limited hours in January.
