Phase 2 – RTM Initial Operating Day + 7 • Thursday posting includes 2 RTM Initial Statements instead of the usual 1 RTM Initial Statement
Phase 2 – RTM Initial Protocol Language • 9.5.4 RTM Initial Statement • ERCOT shall issue an RTM Initial Statement for each Statement Recipient for a given Operating Day on the seventh day after the Operating Day, unless that seventh day is not a Business Day. If the seventh day is not a Business Day, then ERCOT shall issue the RTM Initial Statement on the next Business Day after the seventh day. Withstanding the above, for Operating Days that are observed holidays as defined in paragraphs (e) and (f) within the definition of Business Day in Section 2.1, Definitions, ERCOT shall issue an RTM Initial Statement for each Statement Recipient on the eighth day after the Operating Day, unless that eighth day is not a Business Day. If the eighth day is not a Business Day, then ERCOT shall issue the RTM Initial Statement on the next Business Day after the eighth day. • Starting Operating Day August 1, 2013
Protocol Section 2 – Business Day • Business Day • Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays listed below: • (a) New Year’s Day; • (b) Memorial Day; • (c) Independence Day; • (d) Labor Day; • (e) Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday; and • (f) Two days at Christmas, as designated from time to time by the ERCOT CEO.
