28. Scholarship Program Payment Periods 6A-6.0970, F.A.C. When a scholarship student attends multiple private schools or a private school and the public school in the same payment period, the right to retain the scholarship amount shall be given to the first private school the student attends for ten (10) or more school days during that payment period. If the student does not attend a private school for at least ten (10) days and attends a public school, then the funding generated, if any, shall be retained by the school district and no scholarship payment shall be generated.

33. McKay Prepayment Verification File Changes McKay Prepayment Verification format is now listed as part of the student data base formats. Files will run nightly on during the processing window. Data submission now receives edit checks. Districts will receive a error report.

District Notification for FTE Reporting After each of the scholarship payment dates, the district MIS contact is provided with a file through NWRDC containing student information that must be reported in the district’s FTE surveys. It is extremely important that you report the students in the grade level and program level indicated on the list because funds will be deducted from your district in accordance with these data elements.
