OLS Basketball Registration • Sign-ups for the 2009 – 2010 Basketball Season will be held on the following date – • OLS Basketball First Registration Date • Monday, September 21, 2009 • 6:30 – 7:30PM • Location – The Stolte/Schuermann Room • Last Day to Submit Registration Forms • Sunday, October 11, 2009 (see note below) • After the open registration on 9/21, all other registrations must be completed and dropped off at Doug Kremer’s home @ 5434 Delor. The forms, with registration fees, must be received no later than Sunday, October 11, 2009. • Please be sure to register your child during this time. CYC League applications are due in early October, and if you have not registered in time there is a possibility that your child may not be able to be added to an OLS Roster. Registration forms will be sent home with the Thursday folder, or can be filled out at the registration on 9/21.
