Maximize available funding sources while containing county ad valorem expenditures • Pursue equitable funding for State and Federal entitlement programs • Fully utilize grant funds for eligible administrative expenses • Participate in viable revenue maximization programs • Implement and fully utilize stimulus funds • Evaluate county contracted funds to streamline programs and produce efficiencies Strategy 2 – Customer Service 2. Provide access to basic services such as housing, behavioral health treatment, public health, activities for children and independent living • Number of persons served by department • Number of contracts for services GOAL: Enrich the lives of residents and visitors by providing the highest quality public services with the emphasis on safety, ease of access and public participation while assuring collaboration with community partners and county departments
