Limited Assistance Representation In The Area Of Family Law • At Levine-Piro Law, our goal is to make legal representation affordable and accessible to everyone • LAR is often referred to as the unbundling of legal services. It allows certified LAR attorneys to assist pro-se litigants on a limited basis. • LAR is an option only to those clients dealing with a matter in the Probate and Family court system.

LAR Available To ALL LAR may not be the right option for you as it requires you to put in a lot of work on your end because your LAR attorney is only going to do what you contract with him/her to do, anything outside of that contractual scope is your responsibility as a pro-se litigant. Benefits of LAR: One of the biggest benefits of LAR is that it allows clients to hire an attorney on a limited basis rather then having to retain the attorney for the entirety of the case
