  3. Environmental Changes • Use of Learning Communities to support and enhance the academic changes

  4. Faculty and Staff Development • To support the changes being made as a result of the QEP • Mimi-grants • Release time • Workshops to address curricular and co-curricular changes • Conferences to share success and learn more about new approaches • Consultants that will help faculty and staff adapt to the project
