Preliminary design: • Sub-terrain level garage with 40 sites and 63 ground parking places • Medical-clinic center (diagnostic, surgery, rehabilitation) • Five star hotel accommodation (100 doubles, 5suites, 220 beds) • Restaurant: 300 seats, cafe: 60 seats, aperitif club: 80 seats, MM center: 80 seats • Wellness & fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pool with fitness treatments • In the environment of two beautifull National parks in RH and BiH
