The Alberta Biomaterials Development Centre History • Founded in 2009 with a 9 million dollar capital grant from AET to accelerate product development & Commercialization • Initially supported by ARD, ESRD, and AITF • Targeted at agricultural and forestry biomass • Built around existing technical and business development capacity ABDC
