Use PowerPoint (PPT) for Web-based • Create Step-by-Step Instructions & put on website: • As regular PPT file (student must have PowerPoint installed on their computer. Slow Downloading) • As an “htm” (the webpage file is accessible with Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape. Tips for More Effective Presentations • Use 2 or 3 Colors, but don’t overdo it. • Use Simple Animation for Text/picture Entry • Do not put too much information on a slide • Link all animations for 1 topic together & slow it down • Slow Animation - so the slowest reader can finish. • List after List is boring!!!!!
