Mission Statement The Hanley Road Corridor Steering Committee will provide a transportation corridor from I-64 to Laclede Station Road that addresses current and future transportation needs of the local and regional community, supporting economic growth, minimizing residential impacts and enhancing the quality of life in the cities of Brentwood, Maplewood, Richmond Heights, and St. Louis County.

  8. Project Goals • To develop alternatives that can move easily into the design phase by completion of the study • To achieve a LOS of D at signalized intersections with our alternatives • To develop creative alternatives to address access and capacity issues

  13. Initial Alternatives Developed • Manchester Road Area • S1 - Manchester Road at-grade with dual left-turns in all directions • S2 - Hanley Road over Manchester Road with urban single-point interchange
