Climate Change Programme targets include… 25% reduction in CO2 emissions from non-domestic property over 5 years 2009-10 to 2014-15 display energy certificates to improve by 2 DEC ratings by 2014-15 1% year on year reduction in CO2 emissions from domestic housing stock Low energy street lighting
