  2. Manage site records • a) various filters on • code • name • code • site type • biogeographical region • area • data site classified • species (name,group,sensit.) • habitat (type, class) • Actions on records • add • edit • duplicate • delete

Edit a site • 6 folders corresponding to the 6 main • sections of the SDF • user friendly navigation • e.g. easy to jump from one section to • another one • site info can be filled in progressively • (function ‘save’) • species names from selection list • (avoid typing error / direct link between code & name)

  4. Export a site various warning message to avoid missing data validation of data against the xml schema

  5. Imported data • 3 types of format possible • (old SDF, new SDF, xml) • - easy process to import the previous SDF format… Import data
