HOSA Meeting Announcement: Homecoming Carnival, Medical Conference, and Clothing Drive

Join us for the HOSA Meeting on September 19, 2013, where we’ll prepare for the Homecoming Carnival and Parade! We are hosting a ring toss booth and need your help—bring soda bottles to earn points and get involved in poster-making, booth work, and the parade. Don’t miss the Medical Professions Conference on October 12, featuring guest speaker Dr. "Red" Duke, hands-on medical procedures, and meals provided for just $5. Also, help us collect clothes for St. Vincent de Paul after the carnival. Remember to submit your dues of $35 and earn points through various activities!

  2. Homecoming Carnival & Parade • No Bluebonnet trip next Thursday (26th) • Will be Homecoming Carnival meeting • We will be doing a ring toss booth • Bring bottles of soda for 5 points each, maximum 3 bottles • Sign up to: • Help make posters • Work the booth • Be in the parade!

  3. Medical Professions Conference! • October 12, 2013 • Guest speakers • Meet Dr. “Red” Duke • Learn medical procedures like suturing • Breakfast and lunch provided • Register now! $5 fee

  4. Clothing Drive • Donations go to St. Vincent de Paul • Begins after Homecoming Carnival • Baby clothes, winter clothes, household items, monetary donations, etc.

  5. Dues & Points! • Dues are $35! Please get them in! • 5 points per bottle of soda, maximum 3 bottles • 3 points per meeting, 5 points with shirt • 1 point for Facebook share, maximum 10 points • Send photos from HOSA events to HOSA Facebook • 1 point for 2 photos, maximum 20 photos • Soda tabs: 5 for 1 point • 4 points for profit sharing meets
