  2. Welcome to MyBenefits UK: www.mybenefitshome.co.uk ROI: www.mybenefitshome.ie The site is available from your pc, tablet or smartphone to give you quick access on the go.

Register • Visit www.mybenefitshome.co.uk and click • Complete the registration questions to set up your account. • You can use any email address, personal or work. • Set a password which is memorable to you – you’ll need this to log on in future. • Tick the box if you wish to receive email updates. • Click • Now your account has been created you can begin using the site immediately!

  4. Log in • Visit www.mybenefitshome.co.uk. • Enter your email address and password. • Click • If you can’t remember your password click • Enter the email address you registered with and click continue. • You will be sent an email explaining how to log back in to the site. • If you can’t remember which email address you registered call the helpline on 0845 299 0908.

  5. Shop Click on Discounts. Choose from In-store or Online offers, Shop by category or type your search into the Product Finder.

  6. Reloadable Cards • Reloadable cards are a great way to save money on your weekly shop! • Simply choose the card you want, top up the funds through MyBenefits and spend in store. • To view and order available cards just hover over the reloadable card icon, then click Request A Card.

  7. Super Savings week Super Savings Week happens once a month on MyBenefits. Colleagues can benefit from all the usual offers on the site, plus additional bonus offers. This could be anything from double discount, to extra cashback. • When you see the Super Savings banner click to see a list of extra offers. • These offers must be taken up during Super Savings Week.

  8. Postcode finder The Postcode Finder is a brilliant way to find offers near you! • Click Save In-Store • Input your postcode or location • Select a category or distance for your search, or even use the tick boxes to choose the type of offer you would like.

  9. Other Benefits • Need that number? MyBenefits is your one stop shop for all benefits information. We’ve integrated details of all the other offers available to you, as well as your voluntary benefits into the site to give you access to the information you need, when you need it! • Click on Other Colleague Benefits. • Select the benefit you need.

  12. Send an eCard • E-cards are a great. free way to say ‘Well Done’ or Congratulations’ to a colleague. Sending an e-card couldn’t be easier! • Click on Send an e-card. • Enter your colleague’s name and email address. • Select an e-card and input the message you wish to send. • Tick the box to see when your card has been opened. • Click

  13. Help • Click on Help at the top of the page. • Here you can find details of the telephone Helpdesk as well as details of any enquiries you have made. • Scroll down the page to find the Browse Help section of FAQs. • Click on the relevant topic to view the FAQs.
