    24. GS&ES Small Business Subcontracting Opportunities GS&ES has supported MDA for many years – as a Small Business (SY Technology) and now as a LB (legacy SYColeman and GSI) GS&ES (and L3) will be a major participant in the upcoming MiDAESS solicitations Planning to Prime in 2 – 4 areas and be an active sub in others Actively seeking Small Business partners, both in the F&O areas and as quality primes in the SB set-aside areas Teaming discussions with potential partners are on-going now Awaiting more clarity from MDA on MiDAESS Acquisition Strategy We are always looking for Small Business partners in all areas – not just MDA

    25. First Steps Please provide us with a 1-2 page summary of your qualifications/interests (POCs on next slide) Specifically looking for Small Business partners in these MiDAESS-related areas:

    26. Points of Contact MiDAESS POCs Lead: Jack Lenz (NCR) Phone: (703) 375-6451 Email: jack.lenz@L-3com.com Deputy Jim Chandler (HSV) Phone: (256) 704-9752 Cell: (256) 714-6641 Email: jim.chandler@L-3com.com Business Development Lead/ Capture Manager: Lori Walker (NCR) Phone: (703) 375-6426 Email: lori.walker@L-3com.com

    27. LSG Re-Alignment Map Divisions CCSS (Command and Control Systems and Software) EITS (Enterprise IT Solutions) GS&ES (Global Security & Engineering Services) ISD (Intelligence Support Division) LOTSD (Linguist Operations and Technical Support Division) MPRI So, with those purposes, normative end state and principles, the staff developed a number of options. Based on those analyses and the highly detailed input from the division presidents, this is the basic option that I intend to adopt as the internal end-state for the LSG. As I mentioned before, after we complete these business unit macro-moves, we will peel back the onion and realign programs and contracts over the course of 08 and 09. Let me walk you through this organization. First of all, we take down three divisions: GSI, SYColeman and TMSD. GSI’s six business units are realigned as follows: Homeland Security (SBInet) is part of the consolidation of homeland security related products and services under the new division – HLS/ES. The balance of GSI’s HLS business (barriers, etc.) are also realigned under HLS/ES And Don Patterson Associates – the training systems company – is a natural fit for MPRI’s training competency. GSI’s IT and Intelligence business units quite naturally align under EITS and ISD respectively. Finally, GSI’s Engineering Services (lots of SETA-type work) align under HLS/ES as well So, with those purposes, normative end state and principles, the staff developed a number of options.
