(�APCO�) hereby propose amending Parts 68 and 64 of the Commission�s Rules to improve compatibility of Private Branch Exchanges (�PBXs�) and other Multi-Line Telephone Systems (�MLTS�) with enhanced 9-1-1 (�E9-1-1�) emergency calling systems.
