    3. ASPECTOS IMPORTANTES EN EL TRABAJO EN EQUIPO La responsabilidad es tanto individual como grupal. Se generan resultados que son producto del trabajo colectivo Debe existir mayor integracin grupal para obtener resultados

    4. ALGUNOS BENEFICIOS DEL TRABAJO EN EQUIPO La capacidad de un equipo es mayor que la suma de las capacidades individuales. Los objetivos son alcanzados mas fcilmente Se tiene la capacidad de aprender de las habilidades y capacidades de los otros miembros del equipo Cada miembro de un equipo tiene una importancia especial, ya que cada uno de ellos posee una parte de la informacin o conocimiento que es fundamental para el logro de los objetivos.

    5. OBSTCULOS DEL TRABAJO EN EQUIPO En ocasiones las relaciones pueden volverse dificiles, surgiendo sentimientos y emociones equivocadas o confusas que se trasladan al rea laboral como ineficiencias.

    6. CARACTERISTICAS DE UN EQUIPO TRIUNFADOR Amar lo que se hace y a la gente con quien se hace Pensar en grande (mantener siempre una actitud positiva y ganadora) Ayudarse unos a otros

    7. TODO PERSONA DEBE CONOCER: El Reglamento Interno Funciones que va a desempear Importancia del trabajo a realizar en la organizacin

    8. DEBE CONOCER A SUS COMPAEROS Comprensin Evite designar a los dems intensiones que estos no tuvieron.

    9. SE DEBE CONOCER A S MISMO Analice su propio carcter Hagase un balance de sus defectos y cualidades Descubra sus habilidades y destrezas

    10. COMO PARTICIPAR EN UNA REUNION Hable francamente Escuche Nunca Interrumpa No monopolice la discusin Evite la prepotencia Evita las ironas

    11. COMO SABER HABLAR Y CALLAR USE LA PALABRA PARA: Agradar no herir Estimular no entristecer Instruir no para engaar

ASPECTOS IMPORTANTE QUE FAVORECEN EL DESARROLLO DE UN BUEN CLIMA LABORAL Domine reacciones agresivas Evite la descortesa e irona Evite pasar por encima de su jefe inmediato Trate de conocer mejor a los miembros de su equipo Evite tomar responsabilidades atribuidas a otro, solo, si l lo solicita.

    13. BUEN CLIMA LABORAL Busque las causas de su antipatas Defina adecuadamente su vocabulario, para evitar ofender al compaero.
