  5. Expressway Programme • KBR appointed as PMC on Oct 10 • 30 Major Road Projects to be executed over next Six years • 900 km Mainline Carriageway • About 200 at grade and multilevel intersection, Service roads, Underground infrastructure Original Estimated Budget of QR. 45 bn

Doha North Hyder Five Zones Parsons Brinkerhoff Doha West Atkins Doha South Parsons Qatar South TBA • PWA plan to implement the Infrastructure Projects during the next 5 years as follows: • PB was Assigned to manage the implementation of Infrastructure Projects. • Divided the map of Qatar for 5 areas, then assigned an International Consulting Company for each area, to design & supervise the implementation of infrastructure projects.

  16. IDRIS Program CH2MHILL appointed as PMC on Dec 4, 2011 Estimated budget of QR 10 bn Deep Sewer Tunnel 35km Approx 4.5m dia Terminal PS New Doha South Wastewater Treatment Plant TSE Distribution network and Emergency Outfall

  17. Long Term Strategic Drainage Investment IDRIS Including New Doha South STW PMC Contract was Awarded to CH2MHILLMussaimeer Surface Water Drainage Contractors Prequalified and shortlisted. Phase 1 Currently at tender stage - 10.5km 3.4m dia tunnel.

Resource Demand • Capacity Issues: • Construction Market capacity • Materials and Resources • Logistics and Transportation Needs • Coordination with other Government programmes to provide a consistent and planned approach to Increasing capacity. (QRC, FIFA 2022, Olympics 2020) • Engagement with Suppliers to esnsure that the necessary resources skills, capacity and logistics are in place. • Encourage confidence for investment by suppliers to provide the necessary capacity for future years.
