  2. All these people have to communicate effectively with different people. U se their tips to help you achieve your learning objectives!

  3. HOW TO LEARN INDIVIDUALLY! Concentrate on the task and work on your own. Think about what you have done earlier in the lesson and refer back to previous lessons using your book. Raise your hand if you have a question. Manage your work within the time limit set Chris Brown is a solo artist. He has to perform on his own and concentrate to achieve his goals!

  4. HOW TO LEARN IN PAIRS! Decide how to manage your time Take it In turns to shareyour ideas Agree on what to write down Review what you have written – are you both happy with it? Berbatov and Rooney work together to achieve their goals!

  5. How To Learn As a Group/Team Decide what role each member will have Decide who records your ideas – what skills should they have? Decide who communicates your ideas with the class – what skills should they have? Take it in turns to talk - you are a team and need to work together. Manage your work within the time limit set Girls Aloud work together to achieve their goals

How To Learn As An Audience Concentrate, listen and understand what the speaker is trying to say Make eye contact with the speaker and no one else Think of a question to ask Hold your thoughts until they invite comments, then give your comments when you review.   7. How To Communicate Make eye contact with your listener(s) Sit/stand upright Speak clearly and face your listener(s) Speak formally – don’t use slang! Have confidence in yourself! Barack O bama communicates clearly and with confidence

  8. Be sensitive – they are brave to share their ideas! Be positive – what was good? Help them with your comments- how could they improve>? How To Review Simon Cowell does try to find positive aspects of performance and offers advice on how they could improve.
