Accessing the PowerNote The Face to Face Template can be found in PowerNote. Click on ADD to open a New Note. Click on the Tab named Encounter Pathway. Type in Face to Face in the search field. Make sure the search is by Contains. Then click on the binoculars to search. The template will display in the display field. Double click to open the template and start your documentation.
